Type of messages you may receive are service-related and transactional communications, such as account notifications, order confirmations, service updates, alerts, reminders, and other information directly related to your relationship with us.
Consent is required to receive these messages, but it is not a condition of any purchase. You must be the authorized user of the phone number provided and have the legal right to receive SMS/MMS at that number.
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us and your account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier, and The Bailey Company, Inc. is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.
You may withdraw your consent and opt out of receiving messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS/MMS message, or
- Following any unsubscribe instructions included in our messages.
After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your request. Once opted out, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages except were permitted for essential transactional or service-related communications, if applicable.
Your phone number will be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing SMS/MMS communications described above. It will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
By providing your number, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and are legally able to consent to receiving electronic communications.

TCPA & 10DLC compliance. Our SMS/MMS program is designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier requirements, including 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) where we use local numbers for messaging. We obtain your prior express written consent, identify ourselves in our messages, and honor opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests promptly. Message and data rates may apply.
